APDSTAR INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD certifies that all warranties on products are limited warranties exclusively supplied by the manufacturer.

APDSTAR INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD (APD) expressly disclaims any implied warranty of its products for any use other than said product(s) intended use. APD neither assumes nor authorises any other person or entity to assume for it any liability in connection with the resale of parts or products supplied by APD, except with authorised written agreement of such.

APD warrants each new and previously unused part of its own manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal recommended use and service. APD will repair or replace at its own option and discretion, any such part which shows to be defective within Six (6) months of the original purchase date. The defective part must be shipped freight pre-paid to the authorised APD warranty and/or service centre for verification of defect and fault.

APD will not be responsible for any progressive damage, labour and service costs associated with replacement of the defective part(s). This warranty expressly applies only to the item originally supplied.

APD shall not be obligated to supply any evidence of traceability or country of origin, unless agreed upon before the order is placed.
